The Outpatient Office Manager’s purpose is to organize, direct and supervise all functions associated with the operations of the front office of the ChangePoint Integrated Health.
Provide activities as assigned based on specific site and population served (Hospital/Crisis Stabilization Unit/Group Home) assisting with daily living skills and care working towards independence. The BHPP is expected to cooperate as a team member in the provision of a therapeutic environment that encourages each client’s emotional growth.
The Support Specialist’s purpose is to organize all functions associated with the operations of the business office, utilizing skills in computer entry and administrative and reception duties. Is expected, as needed, to meet all standards for clinical documentation, complete case management as needed, assist the Medical Department in compliance reports and monitoring, and liaison between ChangePoint, HCIC, and outside service providers
POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant is expected to work alongside the provider and perform all duties of a Medical Assistant. Medical Assistant will help patients feel at ease in the provider's office and often explain the provider's instructions. Must assist the department in good patient care and provide proper documentation as assigned.

Under supervision, provides behavioral health services as defined in the ADHS/DBHS Covered Behavioral Health Service Guide. This position may involve assisting members and families with more effectively utilizing the service delivery system,
Provide services to identified high needs customers. Advocate for customers, obtain entitlements, coordinates transportation between ChangePoint and other service providers
