The DD Case Manager is responsible for assisting and/or training customers with developmental disabilities at our day location or out in the community in areas stated in their ISPP.
LINES OF AUTHORITY: This position is supervised by the BHP Therapist in conjunction with the Program Director. This position will supervise other personnel as assigned. The position may require periodic participation in peer review activities.
The Respite Care Worker is responsible for assisting and/or training customers with developmental disabilities in their homes or out in the community in areas stated in their ISPP.
Uses accepted nursing practices to provide for the care and treatment of inpatient Behavioral Health patients. Supervision of ChangePoint Integrated Health personnel is required as directed.
